What mobile network do you use?

Can I use the service abroad?

   

     

      Our mobile broadband service with static ip address is limited to the UK. If you are a company you may contact us and we can discuss dynamic ip mobile options which can have roaming enabled.
     

   

  

  
  

   
Are the static ip addresses properly routable?

   

     

      Yes. Data from the mobile network is passed via a private interconnect into the same gateways as our broadband connections and is handled in exactly the same way.
     

   

  

  
  

   
Can I have an IPv6 address block?

   

     

      No. Unfortunately this is not possible at this time.
     

   

  

  
  

   
What happens if I exceed my included data?

   

     

      If you exceed your included data you will be charged £1.20 inc. vat per GB of data used (upload & download combined). If you exceed 750GB we will throttle your connection to 55Mbps, if you then exceed 1TB of data your service will be suspended. 
     

   

  

  
  

   
Can I put a hard cap on data usage?

   

     

     On request we can put a hard cap on your mobile service so you can't exceed a certain amount of data usage within the month, the cap will however only apply from 1st of the following month.
